1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zero I website and community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist applicants, community members, event attendees, and podcast participants.

2. About Zero I

Zero I is a private professional community for founders, marketers, designers, developers, sales professionals, freelancers, creators, and ambitious professionals. Our platform facilitates networking, events, podcast conversations, and collaborative opportunities.

3. Membership & Access

  • Membership to Zero I is by application and invitation only through our waitlist.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms or conduct unbecoming of our community standards.
Zero I is currently onboarding founding members. Membership fees, tiers, and benefits will be communicated separately to approved applicants.

4. Community Standards

All members are expected to uphold the following standards:

  • Treat all community members with respect, professionalism, and dignity.
  • Engage in good faith and honest professional interactions.
  • Do not share confidential information discussed within community sessions.
  • Do not spam, solicit, or engage in unsolicited commercial communications with other members.
  • Do not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Do not engage in or promote illegal activities.

Violation of community standards may result in immediate removal from the community without notice or refund.

5. Events

  • Event registrations are subject to availability and may require separate registration.
  • Zero I reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events at any time.
  • Photography and recording may take place at events. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in event-related content.
  • Members are responsible for their conduct at all Zero I events, online and offline.

6. Podcast Participation

  • Podcast applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission does not guarantee a feature.
  • By participating in a Zero I podcast, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to record, publish, distribute, and promote the content across all platforms.
  • You confirm that any information shared during recording is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zero I website — including the logo, design, text, graphics, videos, and code — is the intellectual property of Zero I and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Members retain ownership of their own content shared within the community but grant Zero I a licence to use such content for promotional and community purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zero I provides its platform and community on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform or community.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero I, its team, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct within the community.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
